It has a very sharp, straight and well-centered cat's-eye. It is translucent to semi-transparent, with some more transparent areas that do not affect the sharply defined quality of the cat's-eye so this gem does face up very nicely. It is perfect as a very reasonably priced cat's-eye chrysoberyl ringstone. There are very faint natural irregularities and inclusions which are only visible upon close inspection from the top of the gem. The color is a pale golden-green.
