This free-form piece of natural quartz crystal still retains the natural shape it had when it was discovered at the bottom of a river near Diamantina, Brazil. No shaping or sawing was done on this piece of quartz crystal, all we did was simply to polish its surfaces to show the inner transparency and the long slender rutile crystals within it.
